1. 学历要求
？大专以上学历，机电类相关专业。
2. 工作经验
？有3年以上电工工作经验和具备电工证，优先考虑。
？有饲料厂机电维修、管理经验、叉车证者优先考虑。
3. 职责和任务
？必须经过培训，并持证上岗。
？参与公司高、低压线路、电机和电气设备的安装，负责运行后的保养、维修工作。
？认真学习和掌握先进的电力技术，熟悉所辖范围内的电力、电气设备的用途、构造、原理、性能及操作维护保养内容。
？严格遵守部颁电路技术规程与安全规程，保证安全供电，保证电气设备正常运转。
？按要求填写电气、设备维护保养记录，并建立完整的档案。
？学习各项制度流程，为安全、高效生产提出合理化建议。
